At ScolioWorks, our mission is to provide safe, effective, and lasting solutions for spinal conditions through non-surgical, conservative care. We are dedicated to helping individuals with scoliosis, hyperkyphosis, and other postural imbalances achieve better alignment, improved function, and a higher quality of life. Guided by decades of clinical experience, our approach combines advanced therapeutic exercise, scoliosis balance, postural correction, and custom 3D over-corrective bracing.
We offer comprehensive non-surgical treatments tailored to each patient’s unique spinal profile. Using advanced corrective exercise, postural retraining, and guided traction, our goal is to improve alignment, mobility, and long-term stability through conservative, research-backed care.
For progressive or more advanced cases, our 3D over-corrective bracing solutions, including ScoliBrace®, provide precise, individualized correction. Each brace is custom-designed using 3D scanning and modeling to promote spinal realignment, improved posture, and lasting function.
Dr. David Rowe is the founder, CEO, and head clinician at ScolioWorks, with 42 years of experience in spinal posture correction, Dr. Rowe has developed a comprehensive, conservative approach to treating spinal deformities that prioritizes patient comfort, mobility, and long-term stability.
At ScolioWorks, treatment focuses on therapeutic exercise, postural corrective techniques, and individualized in-office and home traction programs. For more advanced cases, Dr. Rowe and his team utilize 3D over-corrective bracing, a highly specialized technique shown to be effective in reshaping and stabilizing spinal alignment without surgery.
Dr. Rowe’s innovative, evidence-based methods have helped countless patients improve posture, reduce pain, and regain confidence through functional, non-invasive care. Under his leadership, ScolioWorks continues to set a new standard in conservative spinal correction and rehabilitation.

No, not all scoliosis requires bracing. Many mild or non-progressive curves can be effectively managed with corrective exercise, postural retraining, and targeted therapies such as ScoliBalance®.
Bracing is typically recommended for patients with more pronounced or progressive curves, or when additional support is needed to guide spinal alignment. Every treatment plan is individualized based on X-rays, posture exams, age, and progression risk to ensure the safest and most effective care.
Yes, we evaluate every case individually, including those who’ve had prior spinal fusion or other surgeries.
While the ScoliBrace system is designed for non-surgical correction of curves and postural issues (and includes adult applications), the presence of hardware, fused segments and altered biomechanics means we carefully review your X-rays, posture scans and surgical history before recommending a brace.
Your clinician will explain the realistic goals, limitations and suitability for your specific spine.
Yes. We provide early scoliosis and posture screenings for children and adolescents to detect spinal curvature or postural imbalances before they progress. Our screenings use posture exams and, when indicated, X-rays to identify issues early, allowing us to design timely, non-surgical interventions that support healthy spinal development.
Yes, adults can wear a ScoliBrace®. We offer four types of braces designed for adolescents, kyphosis correction, adult scoliosis, and even sleep support. Each brace is customized based on X-rays, posture exams, and individual needs to ensure optimal fit and effectiveness. Check out our options here.
At ScolioWorks, we believe the body has the power to heal and realign itself through the right guidance and care. Our philosophy centers on natural, non-surgical correction, focusing on restoring balance, strength, and posture for lifelong spinal health.
