At ScolioWorks, we focus on conservative, evidence-based treatment for spinal conditions like scoliosis and hyperkyphosis. Our goal is to improve posture, mobility, and spinal alignment, without surgery, through a customized plan that’s built around your body, your subluxation, and your goals.

Everything starts with a detailed evaluation. We'll perform posture exams and in-office imaging (such as X-rays) to understand how your spine is aligned and how your curve behaves. This gives us a clear, objective baseline that guides your treatment.
Movement is a powerful part of correction. We use a specialized exercise-based program (ScoliBalance®) designed just for scoliosis and hyperkyphosis.
These exercises are tailored to your spine. They help: retrain posture, strengthen supporting muscles, improve flexibility, and reduce discomfort. You’ll learn both in our clinic and at home, so you can practice daily and make lasting improvements.

To relieve pressure on the spine, we offer gentle, controlled spinal traction. You’ll do this in our office under supervision, and we’ll also teach you a safe way to replicate it at home. Traction helps decompress the spine, support realignment, and maintain flexibility between visits.
When a brace is needed, we use highly advanced, custom-made 3D braces (ScoliBrace®) designed based on scans, posture, and X-ray data. Unlike traditional braces, the ScoliBrace® aims not just to hold the spine but to correct alignment by using an over-corrective design, oriented for long-term structural benefit. Follow-up visits are part of the bracing plan to ensure fit, comfort, and progress.

As part of our care, we don’t just “set and forget.” We regularly review your progress using posture exams and, when needed, follow-up imaging. We adjust your exercise plan or brace as needed so your treatment evolves with your body.

Not always. Many people benefit from exercise-based care alone. Bracing is recommended when we expect that it will make a meaningful difference in correction or stabilization.
Your care plan varies depending on age, curve type, and goals, but at least once per month is recommended. Bracing appointments and progress checks are scheduled less frequently.
Our treatments are gentle, controlled, and designed to help your body feel better, not hurt more. Some exercises may feel challenging in a good way, but we never push past what’s safe.
We provide care for:
Every spine is different, but most patients experience one or more of the following:
Absolutely. We believe treatment works best when it fits your lifestyle. You’ll learn exercises and routines you can do at home to maintain your progress between visits.
We’re happy to communicate with your pediatrician, spine specialist, chiropractor, or physical therapist to make sure your care is consistent and coordinated.
